Our Offer to You
About the Role
In this role, you will assess and process Blue Badge applications in line with Department for Transport guidance, ensuring applications are administered fairly, accurately and within service standards. You will provide expert advice and guidance to customers, colleagues and partner services, supporting applicants through complex queries, appeals and complaints.
As a senior member of the team, you will support the team Supervisor with operational planning, workload management and service performance monitoring. You will coordinate daily and weekly task allocations, monitor processing volumes, and distribute weekly service performance information to support transparency and continuous improvement.
You will act as a key point of contact for the service, responding to technical and operational queries, providing support and using your advanced knowledge of Blue Badge systems and processes to help resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
