The role

• Manage a varied family law caseload
• Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision matters
• Handle residence and contact disputes
• Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption matters
• Conduct hearings and proofs
• Support and supervise junior team members
• Deliver practical and compassionate advice to clients

About you

• 5+ years’ PQE in family law
• Experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters
• Advocacy experience, including hearings and proofs
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
• Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
