Finance Manager £60,000 London, Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of a broad finance function within an established, purpose-led organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee financial operations, strengthen reporting and controls, and provide valuable insight to support organisational performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the development of the wider finance team.
Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and governance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and cash flow reporting.
Review and improve financial systems, processes and reporting procedures.
Oversee audit processes, statutory reporting, tax and payroll-related activities.
Provide financial insight and business partnering to senior management.
Support financial planning, commercial activity and effective resource management.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial performance.
What We're Looking For
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a broad finance management role.
Strong technical accounting, reporting and financial planning skills.
Experience managing or developing finance team members.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
Experience within a complex, purpose-led organisation would be advantageous.
