Are you an experienced B2B salesperson who enjoys turning opportunities into sales?

We’re working with an established technology and managed print services business based in Fordingbridge. Established since 2006, the company works with businesses, charities and organisations across the UK, providing Xerox technology, managed print solutions, software and technical support.

The business has a strong existing customer base and receives a good level of warm enquiries and sales opportunities. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can take those opportunities, understand the customer's requirements and confidently progress them through to a successful sale.

There will also be an element of proactive business development, so this is a varied role for someone who is comfortable working with both warm and cold leads and enjoys the challenge of developing new business.

About the Part Time Sales Executive Job in Fordingbridge:

You’ll take ownership of opportunities from the initial conversation through to closing the sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to warm inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
• Following up leads, quotations and existing opportunities.
• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Developing new business opportunities where appropriate.
• Building relationships with business owners and key decision makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Handling objections and negotiating confidently.
• Managing your sales pipeline and ensuring opportunities are progressed.
• Developing existing customer relationships and identifying further sales opportunities.
• Keeping customer and sales information accurately updated.
• Working towards agreed sales targets and maximising your earning potential.

About You

You’ll have a minimum of 1 years’ B2B sales experience and a proven ability to convert opportunities into business.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident, personable and commercially minded.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
• Naturally good at building rapport and asking the right questions.
• Persistent, with strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling both warm and cold leads.
• Confident dealing with objections and closing sales.
• Target-driven and motivated by commission.
• Organised and able to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Experience within IT, technology, telecoms, managed services or another B2B environment would be advantageous, although strong B2B sales experience is the priority.
