We're recruiting two Part Time Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join a busy perfume retailer in Brighton during the festive season.

You'll play a key role in creating a fantastic shopping experience, helping customers choose fragrances and gifts while contributing towards store sales targets. This role offers the chance to continue into January and could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers.
• Providing fragrance and gift recommendations.
• Maximising sales opportunities through excellent service.
• Processing payments and handling transactions.
• Maintaining stock levels and visual merchandising standards.
• Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-presented.
• Supporting colleagues during peak trading periods.

Bonus Structure

You will have the opportunity to boost your earnings through a sales-based commission scheme:

• Generate over £650 in sales and receive a 5% bonus (day dependent).
• Generate an additional £100+ in sales and receive a 10% bonus on eligible sales.

About You

• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience desirable.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Able to work reliably throughout the Christmas period.
• Fragrance knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

Dress Code

All staff are required to wear black clothing whilst on shift.
