• Year One Earnings: £27,000–£50,000
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available after training

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, developing the skills needed to build a successful career in a sales-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and identifying talented candidates for opportunities within leading Technology and FinTech businesses.
• Building relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs.
• Writing engaging job adverts and using creative approaches to attract talent.
• Proactively headhunting candidates and developing your professional network.
• Managing vacancies, applications and candidate pipelines.
• Developing your sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial conversations to successful placements.
• Negotiating offers, closing deals and earning commission for your results.
