BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to work across the Scarborough and Bridlington area. You will be working with vulnerable people in helping them with support around housing applications, tenancies and job opportunities. The duties include but are not limited too. * To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required for their tenancy to be maintained – including any signposting required. This must be reviewed on a regular basis. * To work alongside an individual in understanding how best to provide support through a thorough risk assessment process to highlight any risks to themselves, their tenancy, or others – this must be reviewed on a regular basis. * To provide information, advice, and guidance to enable tenants to understand their responsibilities and support them to develop effective strategies to manage those responsibilities. 22.5 Hours per week temp ongoing Monday to Friday Payrate- £13.60ph PAYE- £17.19ph UMB Mileage paid at 45p per mile Car driver is required Must have a vaild enhanced DBS Apply now for immediate consideration
