Remedy Tutors is recruiting compassionate tutors to support children and young people with a range of additional educational needs.

Students may experience difficulties with communication, social interaction, concentration, emotional regulation or academic progress. Some may have autism, ADHD, dyslexia or SEMH needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach both Maths and English.

• Deliver lessons tailored to the student's current ability.

• Break down learning into manageable activities.

• Adapt resources to support individual learning styles.

• Encourage confidence, independence and engagement.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Must be able to teach Maths and English.

• SEN/SEND experience is desirable.

• Understanding of individual learning needs.

• Patient, consistent and adaptable approach.
