Operations Manager - Central London – 3 days office based OML Partners are delighted to share an exciting new role we are working on with a new client, located in Central London. They are recruitment company specialising in the technology sector. We are currently seeking a highly resourceful Operations Manager to join the team and implement new process. The ideal candidate would have the following experience: * Operations ownership in a recruitment or staffing business, with a working grasp of perm and contract * Experience running events end to end, from roundtables to incentive trips, with sound budget control * Highly organised across competing deadlines, equally at home booking a venue, onboarding a new starter and * completing a supplier questionnaire * Evidence of independently identifying a problem, designing a better process and embedding it successfully * Confident improving systems and workflows, with the judgement to keep processes proportionate to the business * Strong with CRM administration, spreadsheets and data quality, and comfortable using AI tools and helping colleagues with access and basic queries * Comfortable working with founders and fractional support, and confident holding colleagues to agreed actions * Approachable, discreet and commercially aware, with the confidence to challenge and the judgement to escalate To apply, please send an updated copy of your CV for further information
