Accounts Assistant

Location: Birmingham City Centre (2 days per week in the office)

We are recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a growing business on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career within a supportive team, offering genuine scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Reviewing and processing employee expenses
• Managing purchase orders and supporting procurement processes
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Supporting day-to-day finance administration activities
• Communicating effectively with colleagues across multiple business units

About You:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Ambitious and eager to develop within a finance career
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
