This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to join a growing team, overseeing service delivery and supporting staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing staff and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to live as independently as possible. Requirements as a Team Manager: * Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. * Previous experience within a health and social care setting. * Experience supporting individuals with complex needs. * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
