Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex (BN21)

Contract: Temporary / Locum

Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week initially

Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Fidaris Legal is working with an established law firm in Eastbourne that is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor to support its busy property team.

This is a full-time requirement, initially working five days per week. We're looking for someone who is immediately available, confident managing their own caseload and able to hit the ground running.

The Role

You'll be handling a range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property transactions and associated documentation
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Managing an existing caseload independently

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong commercial property experience
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Previous locum experience desirable but not essential
• Able to commute to Eastbourne
• Immediately available to work five days per week initially
