Property Administrator
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £competitive
Part time - 8- 10 hours

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a professional property business that is looking for an organised and proactive Property Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting the administration and financial management of commercial property portfolios, with regular contact with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day property administration and accounts.
• Processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Reconciling rental income and service charges.
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and suppliers.
• Assisting with property management, reporting and general administration.
• Supporting senior management with day-to-day requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed.

About You

• Previous experience in property administration, property management or property accounts.
• Good working knowledge of Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
