Senior Customer Service Team Leader - Tunbridge Wells Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our established client in Tunbridge Wells for an experienced Senior Customer Service Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional with leadership experience who is passionate about driving service excellence and developing high-performing teams.
As the Senior Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee daily customer service operations, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
About the Role: - Managing and motivating a customer service team to achieve service targets
- Monitoring KPIs and service levels to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Handling complex customer escalations and complaint resolution
- Delivering training, coaching, and performance support to team members
- Identifying process improvements and implementing best practices
- Producing operational reports for senior management
- Working closely with other departments to improve customer outcomes
About You: - Proven customer service leadership experience
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends
- Experience managing customer escalations and service improvement projects
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Salary & Working Pattern: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
