Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant

I’m working with an established Microsoft Dynamics partner looking to add a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant to their growing team.

This is a genuinely client-facing functional role, so I’m particularly interested in speaking with people who have at least 2 years’ experience working directly with customers, including running requirements-gathering sessions and workshops.

You’ll be involved across the project lifecycle, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and translating these into effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running client requirements-gathering sessions and workshops
• Working directly with stakeholders to understand and document business processes
• Supporting the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects
• Hands-on configuration and system builds
• Configuring Power Automate workflows and Power Apps
• Supporting and training end users
• Working across multiple customer projects
• Contributing to testing and continuous improvement of solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform experience
• Proven client-facing consulting experience
• Experience running or taking a leading role in requirements workshops
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration experience
• Power Automate and Power Apps experience
• Confident communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications
• Power BI experience
• Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
• Previous Microsoft Partner or consultancy experience
