Job Description: Warehouse Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

Pay rate: £12.71 ph

Location: Colchester

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness within the factory.

Duties

• Labelling
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
• Picking and packing
• Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic problem-solving abilities to address production challenges
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items when necessary
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is advantageous but not essential
