The Staffing Network is recruiting a General Operative to join a busy Recycling Centre based in Taunton for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is reliable and is keen to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties * Sort and separate recyclable materials. * Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe. * Assist with the loading and unloading of materials. * Follow health and safety procedures at all times. * Support the wider recycling operations team as required. Requirements * Ability to work in a physically demanding role. * Good attention to detail. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Previous experience in a warehouse, production or recycling environment is beneficial but not essential
