As an Insurance Renewals Advisor, you’ll handle inbound calls, support online sales, retain customers considering cancellation and identify opportunities to maximise renewals. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring every interaction meets FCA regulatory and compliance standards. What’s on Offer? What We’re Looking For Previous call centre experience is essential. Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is highly desirable.
