This is a great opportunity for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join a friendly and fast-paced proposals team working for a market leader in the fit out space based in their London office. You will be helping to bring the projects, people and ideas to life through engaging visual content. You'll work on a variety of proposals, presentations, brochures and marketing materials, transforming detailed information, project photography and written content into professional, visually appealing documents that help the business win work. Alongside graphic design, you'll also have the chance to get involved in image editing, video content and other creative projects, making this a varied role with plenty of room to develop your skills.

They are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across proposals, marketing and the wider business, managing multiple projects and contributing fresh ideas along the way. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, is important, and any additional skills in video editing, motion graphics, content creation or AI design tools would be a bonus. Most importantly, they are looking for someone who's enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn and grow as part of an ambitious and supportive team.
