Business Analyst

Savant is partnering with a key client to help with an exciting opportunity to join an international, well-established organisation

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with 3-4 years' experience to join the team and play a key role in driving business change, process improvement and technology solutions.

Working with business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, influence decision-making and help deliver meaningful improvements across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Understand business needs: Lead workshops, gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications and user stories.

• Drive change: Coordinate small to medium-sized changes, supporting delivery from discovery and design through to testing and implementation.

• Build relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to shape effective solutions.

• Unlock insights: Support reporting, dashboards and data-driven decision-making.

• Make a difference: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• 3-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in financial services, asset finance or another regulated environment.

• The ability to translate complex technical information into clear business requirements.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Power BI or SQL would be an advantage.
