We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick. Working for a leading logistics provider, you'll help keep customer products moving safely and efficiently through the warehouse. This is a full-time role working fixed Monday to Friday shifts, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you. Pay Rates - AM Shift: £13.56 per hour - AM Overtime: £16.95 per hour - PM Shift: £14.27 per hour - PM Overtime: £17.84 per hour - Night Shift: £15.55 per hour - Night Overtime: £19.44 per hour Shifts Fixed shift patterns, Monday to Friday - AM Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm - PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm - Night Shift: 10:00pm to 06:00am Potential overtime available on Saturdays What You'll Be Doing - Handling customer merchandise as part of a busy warehouse operation - Supporting the movement of products through the warehouse - Following site procedures to maintain productivity and accuracy - Working safely and following health and safety guidelines - Helping keep the warehouse organised and running smoothly - Working as part of a team to deliver great results What We're Looking For You'll fit right in if you: - Enjoy keeping busy throughout your shift - Work well as part of a team - Have a positive and reliable approach to work - Follow instructions and procedures carefully - Communicate well with colleagues Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential.
