As a PMO, you will support to keep the NetSuite project organised, visible and on track. You will coordinate day-to-day project activity, maintain clear records and give teams the information they need to deliver their work smoothly.

The organisation operates in the Healthcare industry across the UK. This role is home-based.

Description

• Maintain project plans, action logs and key documentation so that delivery activity remains clear and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record actions to help project teams follow through on agreed tasks.
• Track project milestones, dependencies and progress, highlighting updates for Technology stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports that give a clear view of delivery activity and outstanding actions.
• Manage project documentation and ensure files are easy to find, accurate and consistently maintained.
• Support project governance by arranging review meetings and keeping records of decisions and actions.
• Work with project teams to gather updates and keep plans aligned with current priorities.
• Help maintain clear communication across Healthcare project activity, ensuring teams receive timely information.

Profile

A successful 'PMO' should have:

• Experience coordinating project plans, project documentation and delivery updates.
• Ability to maintain action logs, meeting notes and project records accurately.
• Confidence preparing clear status reports for project stakeholders.
• Experience tracking milestones, dependencies and outstanding actions.
• Ability to organise project meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Strong attention to detail when handling project information and documentation.
• Support all project managers to delver on time.

Job Offer

• Temporary PMO contract based in Birmingham.
• Daily rate of £200 to £250, dependent on the level of experience.
• Outside IR35
• 3 Days a week only
• Home based
• Immediate Start
