What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6). Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum. Effective classroom management and organisational skills. Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with varying learning needs. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
