Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in business development and a keen interest in increasing brand visibility and sales. The successful candidate will manage both sales and marketing activities, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and exploring new markets.

Day-to-day of the role:

Sales:

• Manage and expand a small customer base to increase revenue and turnover.
• Provide a consultative approach to winning new business
• Daily updates to the CRM with activities and quotations
• Handle incoming customer enquiries via website, phone, and social media.
• Attend trade exhibitions
• Engage in product creation
• Conduct customer site visits in the UK and Ireland.

Marketing:

• Collaborate with existing customers and their marketing teams to devise strategies
• Organise and oversee an annual exhibition in June, including all related exposure and advertising.
• Work with marketing organisations
• Create bi-weekly social media posts on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, discussing new product information and company news.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the group marketing team.
• Explore new trade groups and associations to increase brand exposure.
• Utilise the CRM database to launch targeted marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development and new market identification.
• Ability to travel within the UK
• Proficient in using CRM systems for business and marketing activities
• Capable of using or learning to use digital marketing platforms like Canva.
• Background in product sales.
