Family Solicitor | Head of Family | Financial Remedy | Private Children | Divorce

Our client is a well-established law firm in Windsor with a strong local reputation and loyal client base.

Following the planned retirement of a long-standing Family Partner, this firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor who can take on increasing responsibility and ultimately progress into a Head of Family role.

The role will involve a varied privately funded caseload including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy and matrimonial finance
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Complex and high-net-worth family matters

You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership, supervision and business development responsibilities as part of the department's succession planning.

About You

• 5+ PQE Family Solicitor
• Strong privately funded Family experience
• Good financial remedy experience
• Experience in private children work
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ambitious and interested in developing towards departmental leadership
