Site Manager - Pub Fit-Out Location: West Midlands, with nationwide travel Rate: £270-£300 per day Duration: Ongoing work The Role We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee pub fit-out projects across the UK, working with a busy contractor based in the West Midlands. Pub fit-out experience is essential - we need someone who knows the sector and can hit the ground running, rather than having to learn the ropes. A background in joinery would be ideal, particularly for someone who understands the trades and is happy getting hands-on when needed. You'll be responsible for running sites from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, keeping programmes on track and making sure work is delivered safely and to a good standard. There will be nationwide travel, so you'll need to be flexible with locations and comfortable working away from home when required. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Manager on pub fit-out projects - essential. Joinery background preferred. Valid SMSTS. Valid CSCS card - White, Black or Gold Strong knowledge of site health and safety. Confident managing subcontractors, trades and site programmes. Able to work independently and hit the ground running. Flexible to travel nationwide and work away when required. The Package £270-£300 per day, depending on experience.
