Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Oversee the support services team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Service Delivery: Ensure that all support services are delivered effectively, meeting the diverse needs of the organisation and its beneficiaries
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies that enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication and collaboration
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise impact
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services comply with relevant legislation and best practises, maintaining high standards of service delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within support services, preferably in the charity sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
• A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight
