As a Maintenance Lead you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
• Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
• Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
• Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions

• Experience as a Reliability Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, or Process Engineer
• Strong experience analysing data and implementing measurable improvements
• Proven knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Confident communicating performance data and leading improvement initiatives
• HNC/HND qualification is advantageous but not essential
