Site Manager Location: The Cotswolds Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-time An established construction company specialising in high-quality bespoke projects across the Cotswolds is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable, hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard and is comfortable coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and programme. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating daily site operations Supervising subcontractors, trades and site personnel Monitoring progress against project milestones Carrying out regular site inspections and resolving issues as they arise Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance with site procedures Monitoring workmanship and maintaining a strong focus on build quality Liaising with clients, suppliers and other project stakeholders Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects progressing Maintaining an organised, well-managed construction site About You We are looking for an experienced construction professional with: At least 3 years' experience within a similar role Proven experience supervising and coordinating construction teams and subcontractors Strong site management and organisational skills Excellent communication skills The confidence to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders The ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions under pressure A strong commitment to quality and health & safety Excellent attention to detail The unrestricted right to work in the UK Experience working on high-quality, bespoke construction projects would be particularly relevant.
