Your new role

• Maintaining accurate project files, site records and documentation, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and supplier documentation.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, contractors and internal departments regarding orders, deliveries and project requirements.
• Raising purchase orders and tracking them through to delivery and invoice processing.
• Updating project trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Preparing and distributing reports, meeting minutes, project updates and correspondence.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and site visits.
• Managing email inboxes and responding to general project or supplier queries.
• Supporting the preparation and administration of contracts, tenders and subcontractor documentation.
• Ensuring appropriate health & safety, compliance and site documentation is recorded and maintained.
• Maintaining records relating to subcontractors, including insurance, accreditation and compliance information.
• Assisting with timesheets, expenses and labour records where required.
• Monitoring project deadlines and following up with relevant teams for outstanding information.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need at least 2 years of experience working in a Construction Admin role. You will have strong attention to detail, be a confident communicator and the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team. Please note this is a fully office-based role. A driving licence is desirable.
