BMS Project Manager - Central London £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Car/Allowance + Pension + Private Medical + Benefits We're looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to deliver a range of projects across Central London, working with established clients and experienced engineering teams across commercial, residential and data centre environments. The role: * Managing BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion * Producing and managing project programmes, budgets and resource plans * Leading project engineers, site teams and subcontractors * Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact * Monitoring project costs, risks, progress and key milestones * Managing variations and identifying commercial opportunities * Ensuring projects meet health and safety and quality requirements * Supporting and developing engineers within the team * Completing project documentation and reports Looking for: * Proven BMS Project Management experience * Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems * Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar platforms * Strong project planning, organisational and leadership skills * Commercial awareness and budget management experience * Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills * Full UK driving licence Experience delivering BMS projects across commercial buildings, residential developments or data centres would be beneficial.
