Warehouse Operative Location: Bletchley Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Job Type: Temporary About the Role We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Bletchley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their work and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours The role operates on a rotating two-week shift pattern: * Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 * Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 * Saturdays: Two Saturdays per month, 08:00–13:00 Applicants must be available to work the above shift pattern, including the Saturday shifts. Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative * Picking and packing customer orders accurately. * Preparing goods for dispatch. * Moving, handling and organising stock within the warehouse. * Assisting with deliveries and general warehouse duties. * Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment. * Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines. * Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
