We are working with a well-established technology business to recruit a Product Specialist to support its European market. You will engage with existing customers, promote additional products and services, and build relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact existing customers by phone and email to identify sales opportunities. * Promote camera products, upgrades and additional services. * Arrange demonstrations and trials, prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities. * Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets. * Work closely with sales, customer support and technical teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent in written and spoken French. * Experience in a customer-facing role involving proactive phone and email contact. * Confident identifying customer needs and progressing sales opportunities. * Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills. * Good IT skills, with CRM experience advantageous.
This role would suit a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
