We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Crediton children's home. You will guide daily shifts, mentor support workers, oversee care plans, and ensure exemplary safeguarding practices across the home.

This opportunity is well suited to candidates with background experience as a Senior Care Worker, Residential Support Worker, Youth Mentor, Key Worker, or Team Leader in youth settings.

How you will make a difference

• Shift Leadership: Run daily shifts smoothly, assigning tasks and ensuring care plans are strictly followed.

• Empower Young People: Foster an inclusive home environment that prioritises emotional well being and positive progress.

• Maintain Standards: Oversee daily documentation, incident reporting, and multi agency communication.

What you will bring

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 6 months of paid experience in a children's residential environment.

• Core Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or willingness to obtain.

• Clean Licence: A valid UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive home vehicles.
