The role would involve helping clients out into the community using public transport to day centres during the day, as well as helping clients during the night.

The Role: Supporting clients in Perth, Latham and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
