Service Advisor Gatwick £32,000 Basic | Uncapped OTE £38,000+Permanent | Full-Time | 42 Hours Per Week Holt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established premium automotive dealership in Gatwick. What makes this worth a move? £32,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE of £38,000+ 42-hour working week, Monday to Friday between 8am–6pm Saturday mornings on a rota basis Ongoing manufacturer training and development Established Aftersales team with experienced management support Genuine opportunities for career progression You'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, from booking their vehicle in through to collection. It's a busy dealership environment, so you'll need to be comfortable managing customer expectations, communicating with technicians and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to increase your earnings through additional service and repair recommendations, while making sure customers receive the right advice. What we're looking for Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership or automotive Aftersales environment Confident handling customer enquiries, bookings and workshop updates Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Experience using Kerridge, ADP or similar dealership systems would be an advantage Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes ownership of their work Ready for your next move?
