Job Title: Audit Senior
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £45,000+

You'll work closely with Audit Managers and a varied client base, gaining exposure to a range of audit engagements while playing an important role in delivering a high-quality service. The Role:

• Leading external audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Reviewing work completed by junior team members and supporting their development

• Working closely with clients and senior colleagues to deliver a high-quality service

• Identifying key audit risks and ensuring assignments are completed efficiently and within budget

• Preparing and reviewing accounts in line with UK GAAP or IFRS

• Managing a mix of remote and on-site client engagements

About You:

• Qualified or currently studying towards ACA OR ACCA

• Recent audit and assurance experience within an accountancy practice

• Experience managing external audits from planning through to completion

• A good understanding of auditing standards and UK GAAP or IFRS

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload

• Confident supporting and mentoring junior team members
