Facades Manager – Cardiff Duration: 6 months contract Start: Immediate Sector: Main Contractor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facades Manager to join a major main contractor on a 6-month project in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a similar Facades Manager / Facades Site Manager role on construction projects and will be confident managing subcontractors, programme, quality and site activities. The Role * Manage all facade works on site from start through to completion * Coordinate facade subcontractors and site teams * Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are met * Ensure works are completed to the required quality and specification * Coordinate with the wider site management team and other trades * Maintain high standards of health & safety * Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates * Identify and resolve any issues affecting programme or quality Requirements * Previous experience in a similar Facades Manager role is essential * Strong knowledge of facade construction and installation * Experience working for or alongside a main contractor * Strong subcontractor and site management skills * Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements * Ability to start immediately * Relevant construction qualifications/CSCS required If you are an experienced Facades Manager and interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with your CV and contact details
