Description

• Plan and complete audit assignments, ensuring work is organised and completed to agreed deadlines.
• Review financial information and audit evidence to support accurate audit findings.
• Prepare clear audit working papers and supporting documentation throughout each assignment.
• Identify matters arising during audit work and communicate them clearly to the relevant contacts.
• Work with client teams to obtain information needed to progress audit fieldwork efficiently.
• Prepare audit reports and completion documents for review.
• Maintain accurate records of audit progress, queries and agreed actions.
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of Accounting & Finance audit work across the Business Services portfolio.

Profile

A successful Audit Senior should have:

• Experience of planning and completing audit assignments.
• Confidence reviewing financial information and audit evidence.
• Ability to prepare accurate audit working papers and completion documentation.
• Experience identifying and following up audit queries.
• Clear written communication skills for audit findings and reports.
• Ability to manage workload and meet agreed deadlines.
