We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operational team based in Bournemouth.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that would suit someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team and getting stuck in. You'll be responsible for moving, loading and unloading goods, ensuring everything is handled safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures.

Previous warehouse experience would be helpful, but we're equally interested in hearing from candidates who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and are happy working in a physical environment.

What you'll be doing

• Loading, unloading and moving goods and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Preparing goods for onward transportation.
• Ensuring items are handled correctly and in accordance with procedures.
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily operational deadlines.
• Following all health, safety and security procedures.
• Using computer systems to accurately record and update information.
• Keeping working areas safe, tidy and organised.
• Supporting the wider team with additional duties when required.

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse, logistics or other hands-on experience would be an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling, including lifting items weighing up to 32kg.
• A reliable, hardworking individual with a good team attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Flexible to work evening shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Able to travel to the workplace for shifts when public transport may not be available.
