My client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their fantastic Employment Team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a stimulating caseload, advise a diverse client base, and play a pivotal role in the continued development of our practice.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage your own caseload while collaborating closely with supportive colleagues across the firm.
• Provide advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal cases.
• Draft clear, practical employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and workplace documentation.
• Guide clients through disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, restructures, and TUPE projects.
• Offer strategic, commercial, and down-to-earth advice to help clients make confident decisions.
• Support, mentor, and supervise junior colleagues as appropriate.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to networking, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Keep clients and colleagues informed of relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of three years' PQE.
• Strong experience across a broad range of employment law work.
• Ability to manage matters independently while handling competing deadlines.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Sound commercial judgement with a knack for practical, client-focused solutions.
• Natural ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a busy, friendly team.
