Financial Adviser (Review Team) - Chatham

£45,000+ Basic Salary (DOE) + Bonus | Office-Based | Urgent Requirement

Are you a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser looking to join a thriving, client-focused financial planning firm with genuine career progression?

We are working with a highly successful and growing Independent Financial Planning practice in Chatham. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join their established Review Team and play a key role in servicing and developing an existing client portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team where you'll gradually inherit up to 250 existing clients, allowing you to focus on building trusted relationships while also developing new business opportunities.

The Opportunity

Joining a successful team dedicated to looking after existing clients, you will act as the principal adviser, delivering high-quality financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.

With a strong flow of existing business and an excellent support structure including experienced Paraplanners and Administrators, you'll be given every opportunity to succeed whilst building a long-term career within the business.

Success in the role will be measured by client retention, client satisfaction, and your ability to generate and win new business opportunities.

There is also a clear leadership pathway, with the potential to progress into a supervisory or management position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, gradually inheriting up to 250 relationships.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
• Build long-term client relationships through face-to-face, video and telephone meetings.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through referrals, networking and professional connections.
• Work closely with Paraplanners and Administrators to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations.
• Achieve agreed service, retention and business development targets.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, legislation and market changes.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma qualified.
• Ideally 1+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection planning.
• A client-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable developing new business alongside servicing existing clients.
• Self-motivated, organised and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a growing business.
