Product Support Analyst

Chelmsford, Essex

Hybrid – 2/3 day onsite per week

Are you passionate about technology and looking to start or develop your career in IT?

We’re looking for a Product Support Analyst to join our growing team, supporting a technology platform within the London Market Insurance sector.

You’ll provide first-line application support to clients, troubleshooting issues ranging from account access and password resets to application and API-related queries. You’ll also support user onboarding, manage incidents through an ITSM system and help maintain our knowledge base.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A genuine interest in IT and technology

• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• A willingness to learn and develop

This role would suit a school leaver, recent graduate or early-career IT professional with a background in IT, Computer Science or a related subject.

YOU need to be able to work in Chelmsford – this will be office based 3 days per week and home based 2 days per week.
