Interim Business Analyst Remote (UK-based) - occasional travel to site 3 Month Contract - Start ASAP Circa £475 p/d (Inside IR35) Can you step into a live technology portfolio, get to grips with how things work within days, and turn competing stakeholder needs into clear, deliverable requirements? We're looking for an Interim Business Analyst to join the technology services function of a global business services organisation, starting as soon as possible. You'll work remotely with occasional travel to site, alongside project managers, Scrum Masters and delivery teams across a portfolio of in-flight projects, delivering through a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall. What You'll Be Doing Getting up to speed quickly on in-flight projects, their current processes, scope and open requirements Running workshops and interviews with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to elicit and prioritise requirements Mapping current and future-state processes and turning them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications Working closely with Scrum Masters, developers and testers across the SDLC, from discovery through to UAT and go-live Carrying out gap and impact analysis, and supporting change control, migrations and system implementations Keeping documentation, traceability and stakeholder updates current, in line with governance frameworks and security standardsWhat You'll Bring 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects, from discovery through to delivery Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management at all levels Process mapping and modelling experience, using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or BPMN Proven delivery in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments, using tools such as Jira and Confluence A track record of picking up in-flight work and adding value quickly in an interim roleDesirable: BCS or IIBA certification, digital transformation or system implementation projects, data migration, UAT planning and coordination, business services or outsourcing sector experience Apply today with your CV for this Interim Business Analyst role.
