The Role

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will deliver engaging, challenging lessons that prepare pupils for their SATs while encouraging confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Preparing pupils for SATs and supporting their academic progress.
• Monitoring attainment and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Creating a positive classroom environment with high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contributing to the wider school community and taking part in parents' evenings and other school duties.
