In this role, you will be responsible for IT support across the London office, working across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management and networking. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting driving improvements to IT processes, oversee device and user lifecycles. This role would suit an IT Systems Manager or similar or similar looking to move beyond reactive support into a more autonomous position, where they can influence IT operations, work closely with senior stakeholders and develop their expertise across infrastructure, security and cloud-based technologies.
