Operations Manager Ref: BCR/JP/32599 £60,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience) Birmingham Hybrid Bell Cornwall Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join an established intellectual property firm in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operational leader to oversee multiple teams, drive process improvements and support the firm's continued growth. Operations Manager Responsibilities: Lead, manage and develop Patent Paralegal, Trade Mark Paralegal and Business Support teams, comprising approx. 40 people Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation and team performance. Monitor workloads, productivity and capacity to support operational decisions. Manage performance reviews, employee relations and staff development. Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency. Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to support business objectives.The Ideal Candidate: Significant experience in a senior operational leadership or management role. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of workforce planning, performance management and employee relations. Experience using management information to improve workflows and resource utilisation. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
