We need a builder to create and scale a global partner ecosystem, owning the commercial outcome. The Company operates three partner models. The ideal partner engages across all three, though some will use only one or two.

1. Local capture. Partners extend the Company's reach by delivering local surveying and reality-capture work, with an ambition of coverage in 100+ countries.
2. Back-office production services. The Company provides scalable production and specialist deliverables that partners can offer under their own service lines.
3. Technology reselling. Partners bring the Company's technology and proprietary spatial intelligence capabilities to their customers. The Company's model is services-led and drives software and recurring revenue (ARR).

Key Responsibilities1. Build the ecosystem

• Turn the existing partnership strategy into an executable global plan, with priority markets, partner categories and target organisations across PropTech, commercial real estate, surveying, geospatial, reality capture and AEC/construction technology.
• Set clear criteria for prioritising partners: strategic fit, market access, revenue potential and operational capability.
• Design the proposition and commercial model for each of the three partner models.

2. Originate and close partners

• Personally originate and negotiate with founders, CEOs, owners and MDs.
• Build and own a qualified international pipeline, and convert it into signed, activated, revenue-generating partnerships.
• Develop joint go-to-market propositions and co-sell where appropriate.

3. Own revenue

• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, forecast and revenue, with clear targets and accountability.
• Structure pricing, revenue share and commercial terms with sustainable unit economics.
• Ensure partners adopt the Company's technology, so that services growth drives software ARR.

4. Build the operating framework

• Create the partner agreements, SOWs, standards, onboarding, enablement, quality and performance frameworks, working with Legal and Finance.
• Select and implement the platforms and systems used to manage partners, pipeline, delivery and reporting.
• Create a repeatable model that reduces dependence on the CEO over time.

5. Lead the partner support team

• Build and manage a dedicated offshore team of partner support resources.
• Set service standards, workflows and KPIs so that partners receive consistent, high-quality support and delivery.
• Work across Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing and Legal so that partnerships are commercially attractive and operationally deliverable.
• Use AI and automation to improve prospect research, outreach, partner intelligence and programme efficiency.

Who You Are

Essential

• A proven builder with evidence of creating or materially scaling partner, channel, alliance or international business development programmes from an early stage, not simply managing an established one.
• A track record in start-up or scale-up environments, comfortable with ambiguity, speed and no established playbook.
• Commercial results you can evidence: partner-sourced revenue, channel growth, joint go-to-market success or significant agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills and the credibility to engage senior executives and founders.
• Operational discipline: you can build processes, systems and teams as well as close deals.
• Experience leading or building teams, ideally including remote or offshore resources.
• High energy, drive and commitment. You get things done personally.
• Software, SaaS or technology-enabled services experience, with an understanding of recurring revenue models.

Highly desirable

• Domain experience in PropTech, construction technology, geospatial, reality capture or digital twins. If you are new to the sector, you must show you can learn it quickly.
• International commercial experience across the UK, US and Western Europe.
