Internal Sales Executive - Financial Education | Warm Leads Only | Location: Ideally London / Surrey based| Salary: £35,000 basic | £65,000-£70,000 realistic OTE | Warm leads, no cold calling. Love closing deals but tired of chasing people who don't want to hear from you?

If you're a confident salesperson who converts enquiries into sales, whether that's in car sales, finance, travel, home improvements or inside sales, this is a chance to do what you're good at with warm leads only and a realistic £65K-£70K OTE.

The Company

Our client is a well-established financial education business with over 20 years behind it. They've helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide build new skills and confidence with their finances. They have a strong reputation, excellent customer reviews and a large database of people who have already shown an interest. They're now growing their internal sales team.

This is a consultative role. You'll speak with people who have already engaged with the business, understand what they want to achieve, and guide them to the programme that's right for them.

The Role

You'll join a growing team and be given everything you need to succeed, including full training on the product and the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Converting warm leads: speaking with past event attendees, sign-ups and interested prospects who already want to hear from you
• Consultative conversations: understanding each person's goals and recommending the right programme
• Guiding decisions: answering questions confidently, handling objections honestly and helping clients commit
• Pipeline management: following up with interested clients and keeping your pipeline organised
• Hitting your goals: working towards individual and team targets, and being properly rewarded for your results

About You

We're particularly interested in people who have converted enquiries into sales, especially where the purchase was significant to the customer and trust mattered.

You might currently be working as a:

• Car Sales Executive or Automotive Finance Consultant
• Travel or Holiday Sales Consultant
• Insurance, Mortgage or Finance Sales Advisor
• Home Improvement or Solar Sales Consultant
• Inside Sales or Internal Sales Executive

You'll bring:

• A proven track record in consultative sales, ideally including converting leads over the phone
• Confidence building rapport and genuinely listening to what people need
• Motivation to earn well and be rewarded for your performance
• An organised, positive and resilient approach

You don't need any knowledge of the financial markets. Full product and sales training is provided. What matters is that you can sell.

• £35,000 basic salary
