At Nova Care Group, we support children and young people with complex needs, helping them build brighter futures. To do that, we need brilliant people around them - and those people need the right training, support and opportunities to grow.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Learning & Development Administrator to join our growing L&D team. You'll play a vital part in keeping our learning activities running smoothly, helping our colleagues access the training they need and ensuring the behind-the-scenes details are taken care of.

From coordinating training sessions and maintaining accurate records to supporting our learning systems and helping colleagues with their training queries, you'll be at the heart of a team that's passionate about developing people.

You'll be:

  • Coordinating training schedules, sessions, resources and materials.
  • Keeping training records, attendance and learning information accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments and course completions.
  • Helping colleagues and managers access training and find the information they need.
  • Supporting reporting, gathering feedback and helping us continually improve.
  • Keeping things organised, spotting opportunities to do things better and helping the L&D team stay one step ahead.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have previous administration experience, strong organisational skills and confidence using IT systems. Experience with an LMS would be a real bonus, but it's not essential.

Just as importantly, you'll bring a positive, can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to juggle priorities without losing sight of the details.

You don't have to come from an L&D background. If you've got the right skills, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in helping people develop, we'd love to hear from you.

Why join Nova?

Meaningful work: Play your part in helping our people deliver the best possible care.

Room to grow: Join a developing team where your ideas and contribution matter.

A team that cares: Work alongside people who are passionate about learning, development and making a difference.

Flexibility that works: We'd ideally love someone to join us full-time, as there's plenty to get involved in, but we're open to part-time hours for the right person.

Nova Care Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the young people we support. This role is subject to safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS, employment history and reference checks.
